The One-Person Internet Business Playbook is sold by StoreFront Studio, a business based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
When you buy: payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details from Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
When you use our form: the email address, order number and message you choose to send us through our refund and contact form.
Download records: we count how many times each order's download link is used, so we can apply the download limit.
To deliver your purchase, including printing your name, email and order reference on your PDFs to discourage sharing, to process refunds and answer your questions, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies or analytics. The sales page uses your browser's session storage to remember which link referred you (for example a utm_source value), which is passed to Stripe checkout as a reference; it's cleared when you close the tab. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the checkout page is run by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.
Your information is held by our service providers, Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (website hosting and form storage), which may store data outside Australia. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or raise a privacy concern, through our contact form. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
